Return Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made at Anielle. However, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. To accommodate your needs, we have established the following return policy:

14-Day Return Window: Customers have 14 days from the day that you received your item to initiate a return or exchange of an item. If 14 days have passed since you got your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be free from any signs of wear, tear, or damage.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within the 14-day window. You can reach us at our mail "info@anielle.eu" or Instagram DM "Anielle_label". Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. We will guide you through the process.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a email if the return is approved or rejected. Upon approval, your refund will undergo processing, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
