Shipping Policy

Delivery timeframe: Once you have placed an order, the estimated production time is 1–4 weeks, depending on the item you ordered. After your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Tracking information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Anielle. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected. Please read our return policy below:

14-day return window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for returns: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and free from any signs of wear, damage, or washing.

Initiating a return:To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at info@anielle.eu or via Instagram DM at anielle_label. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will then guide you through the process.

Refund process: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically returned to your original payment method within a few business days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
